Pro-c professional is particularly valuable when animals are undergoing stress or veterinary treatment. The function of the probiotic is to assist the natural gut flora to re-establish itself, whilst the prebiotic provides soluble fibre. It is also very useful in supporting the general health of animals, and aiding the successful transition when re-homing or whilst under veterinary care.
Directions
For routine support use 1 scoop per 500ml drinking water. We recommend a double dose (2 scoops per 500ml) for support of animals that may be ill, under treatment or showing signs of additional stress.
Pro-C Professional can also be sprinkled onto food at a rate of 1 scoop per 300g of nuggets. To encourage the powder to stick, slightly dampen the food.

I often use this product for various reasons - at times when my rabbits may feel stressed, if they are unwell or recovering and just to encourage them to drink more. They love this in their water bowl and often drink the bowl dry (they have regular water available too).
