As said in a previous review, when ordering this insert get the next size up from the size of the bed otherwise it won't fit. I've now got an 80cm which fits perfectly in the 70cm bed. The insert is certainly soft and snug and my dog loves it, so it's worth getting providing it fits!

First they're overpriced for what they are but they're nicer and snugglier than blankets. The material is lovely and they're easy to take on and off (IF THEY FIT!) and wash. So if they only fitted I'd give them five stars for quality. My last one lasted years. But I measured my beds correctly ie I measured the length of the base of the hard beds. One was 70cm and one was 80cm. So, funnily enough I ordered a 70cm insert and an 80cm insert. First I tried to put them in myself but it was impossible - one end popped off as soon as I went to the other. I thought it just needed two people. So I popped them in the cupboard over lockdown etc. Finally got chance to use a second pair of hands but it's still impossible. The 70cm base isn't 70cm anyway. So the 80cm insert actually fits the 70cm bed lovely. Really perfect! Only now I'm left with a hard 80cm bed and a soft 70cm insert that are no use! So basically it's cost me over £60 to make up one bed and I'm left with a useless insert that doesn't fit. Viovet should advise that buyers must order a size bigger than is necessary.

I love these and have used them before. I do think they're a little over priced especially the large ones. Unfortunately this one I haven't managed to get on the base yet as I live alone. One end pings off as I try to get the other end on. I assume I have the right size as you measure the base. I'm waiting for a friend to help me! They wash well though gradually go bobbly but still work. The dogs love them! Just wish I could get the damn thing on! Puppy chewed through the elastic on old one but I was able to replace it and carry on using it. Viovet didn't have the other size in stock and was going to put my whole order on hold for two months but a quick phone call sorted that. But I just wish I could get it on! I understand they have to be a snug fit. As I said... Once they're on they're fab. Until then a simple oval pad and fleece blanket is doing the job at half the price.

Came without rubber feet to stop it slipping phoned they sent the wrong rubbers for bed I bought so bed still slipping all over the floor
