I bought this as it's easier to clean the bedding than the entire bed. Cooper is medium sized Beagle/Breton mix and can stretch out almost fully but usually sleeps curled up anyway. The sides are high enough to keep out the draughts too. I'm trying to get him to stop sleeping with me in my bed because he covers everything in his hair. Now he chooses to sleep in this bed. Win/win ('-') !
