Built to the standards the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards created for child restraint systems, the design features a single piece of high tensile tubular webbing, reinforced bar tacking, and all steel nesting buckles. The design reflects eight years of engineering car safety harnesses and is crash tested for dogs up to 130lbs. High tensile tubular webbing with reinfoced bar tacking. All-steel nesting style buckles. Four adjustment points for a near-custom fit. Fully integrated into your vehicle's seatbelt system, requiring no additional straps or attachments. Leash attachments on back of harness. Recommended as a travel safety harness only.

Very pleased with the quality of the harness. My only concern at the moment is that I think the chest plate is rather hard and on long journeys may be less comfortable for my dog.
This is the only concern but I certainly feel it's a safe harness.
