In spite of treating my dogs every month I noticed the older one was suffering from a bit of an invasion so I decided to treat the whole house. Sprayed this from top to bottom, paying special attention to their favourite lounging areas, stairs, beds, rugs etc. Also changed their regular spot on for a different one and gave them a good combing. I noticed a difference, little old man was sleeping better and scratching a lot less, after a couple of days, so this spray obviously does the job.

We've done two doses of spot on and sprayed everything and are still plagued with fleas, will give it one more go and see if it finally does what it says on the directions.
