The fantastic Hy Nose Shield is designed to protect your horse from dust and pollen particles and therefore reduce the risk of headshaking. Perfectly shaped to cover the muzzle, other features include a hook and loop in the middle and straps at both ends for secure fastening.

I got the largest size for my cob as he has a broad nose, and it was wide enough to do the job.
i did find that the net was quite soft and not stiff enough which meant that it did blow up over his face in the wind which thankfully he really was not bothered about at all,( in fact i think he felt like Zorro!) however that could have had a different result with a more flighty horse! but we were hacking over an open windy moor, on a blustery day .
also the ties at the sides i think were a little too short but that is not a fault that applies only to this brand.

This is for "just in case" as I noticed my horse did not like hacking through sycamore trees. This has helped but she is not a headshaker normally but proved the theory about tree pollen. Very good piece of kit, easy to use. Not washed it yet but will do so by hand.
