The Irish turnout rugs are a performance rug that gives value for money and super flexibility to suit your horse’s needs.
It is fully waterproof and breathable with a 1200 denier rip-stop outer. Breathable Silk-feel lining and shoulder darts gives your horse extra room and the rug also comes with a comfort front with covered buckle and additional top strap and shoulder darts for extra room.
The Irish Turnout comes in two weights, Extra and Light with a Combi Neck available separately. The Extra is 300g insulation and the Light has 50g insulation.

The rugs seems good quality and fits well but goes down to his knees. I also think the magnetic clip on the front might be a bit fiddly when your hands are frozen and wet but I have yet to try this
