Does exactly what it says on the tin. I’ve used some bailing twine to hang this from the roof of our field shelter and so I don’t have to carry heavy rugs up and down to the field. Works better than my previous feed bin as the rugs are hanging and therefor can dry. It has held up well for the last few weeks with my wet heavyweights. I may even buy another.
