Description

SPECIFIC (Dechra)

Specific FND Neutered Young is a moderate energy level diet which helps maintain a kitten's ideal body weight after neutering. It contains an increased level of fibre which increases the excretion of ingested hairs through the faeces and reduces the formulation of hairballs. FND Neutered Young also contains psyllium husk and beet pulp to support a healthy gastrointestinal tract.

  • Healthy urinary tract support - The controlled, moderately reduced urinary pH and the controlled content of magnesium and phosphorus discourage precipitation of struvite crystals and support a healthy urinary tract, while still supporting growth and acid-based balanced in young kittens. The RSS-value for struvite and calcium oxalate is < 1 and < 2.5 respectively
  • DHA from fish - DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid which supports the development of the brain and vision
  • Skin, coat & joint support - EPA and DHA are both omega-3 fatty acids with a beneficial effect on the development of healthy skin, coat and joints
  • Odour control - Yucca extract reduces the production of malodorous gasses and the smell of faeces

Ingredients

Wheat, maize protein, maize starch, fish meal, potato protein, eggs, rice, powdered cellulose, animal fat, minerals, beet pulp, vitamins and trace elements, hydrolysed yeast protein, psyllium husk, taurine, Yucca extract, sunflower oil.

Antioxidant: EC approved additives: BHA, BHT, propyl gallate. It contains no artificial colours or flavouring.
