Been buying this for a year now for a horse who suffered from sweet itch and rubbed his mane, tail and face raw. Started him on brewer's yeast last September and this summer such a difference! He has kept his mane and tail and may have the odd scratch like most horses, but not the intense rubbing he used to to. He lives out 24/7 and we no longer have to stress about fly rugs and all the various products we tried before.

I buy the same one every time because the small isn't too strong and he seems to like it, used to help prevent itchy skin in the warmer months. Unfortunately this time the bag had holes in several places and I got a box covered in dust!

Hi, my mare currently in race training, so just wondering is thus supplement suitable for racers
And what are the ingredients all together and are the any additives added in
The ingredient is Brewers Yeast which contains a range of B Vitamins and amino acids. It is BHA legal but you will need to be careful that you do not go over the Cobalt (Vit B12) threshold and should not be given on race day.

Is this any good for improving my dogs appetite?
Due to the high concentration of B vitamins in Brewers Yeast it may help to stimulate appetite though this is not something generally associated with it. As long as your dog is not allergic it shouldn't do any harm so you could try it and see although a dog specific supplement would be better to ensure you are giving the right amount.

How much do I need for a 14.2 450kg 8 yr old Welsh D?
Thanks
There is not an exact science to feeding this supplement and you will never overdose with it but an adult horse would generally need around 40g a day.
