Are the measurements you show the smallest or largest holes? My staffies neck measures 40cm. Would the 46cm collar fit?
The shown length of the collars are the total length from the buckle to the end of the collar. There are 4 holes in the collar, and the length of 40cm from the buckle sits in between 2 of the holes so the collar should fit.
