I returned this collar as the edges were raw, sharp and rough. They need binding. No returns label supplied and the return postage was as much as the item! Not happy.

i’ve tried ‘kind’ doughnut collars and even a great all over skin suit but at the end of the day this is the only collar that prevents my dog gnawing his groin and tummy

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding BUSTER Anti Scratch/Lick/Bite Clic Collar Clear, including answers from our team.
Sizing
I already have a Buster Collar (cone) & the depth of the cone itself from dog's neck to nose is 20 cms, not including the loops that the dog's own collar goes through. If I measure dog's top of head to nose it equals 22cms so, what size do I get? It would be really helpful to know the depth of each cone so I could know I was getting the right size.
The cm sizes of the collars is the length of the collar. You should measure from where the collar will sit on the neck to the tip of the nose. You will want a collar a few cms longer than this measurement. The 25cm would be most appropriate based on the measurement you have taken, however it may appear slightly too big. This is much better than too small though which the 20cm collar risks being.

Is this cone suitable for cats too? Thanks.
Hello
Thank you for your question.
These would probably be too big for a cat as they are designed for dogs.
Hope that helps.
