Vetmedsdirect has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described.

However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vetmedsdirect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Vetmedsdirect shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. In the event a product being listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Shipping

We Aim to ship orders within one week, however we generally send things within 24 hours of an order being placed, excluding public holidays and weekends. 

All medication and non medication items are shipped using Royal Mail, however larger items including food are sent Parel Force

 All telephone orders will be  charged a minimum £1.49 delivery charge

Opening hours

You can place an order anytime that is convenient to yourself, however our working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30-4pm.

 The minimum order value is £10.00

The min order for discount is £30

Price guarantee

Our price  guarantee is available against identical products supplied from UK registered suppliers.. It excludes items not held in stock with the other suppliers and items on special sale 

The price for comparison purposes will be that shown per item at checkout and adjusted for any associated costs such as postage and packing.
