UK Returns
Exept prescription items ,you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less a handling charge of £5.00 per order
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please ensure that you check your order for the correct product, we can only accept shipping errors within 7 days of date shipped.

If you require us to arrange a collection we charge £9.00 collection charge which is the cost charged by our carriers

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Returns form Europe are at the customers cost, unless an error has been made by us

Lost Parcels

Customers leaving instructions to postmen and parcel delivery drivers do so at their own risk. We cannot be held liable where customers have left instructions for their parcels to be left in Bins, sheds, garages etc. 

All orders for medication for countries outside the UK are sent airmail and are at the customers risk. Please note that these deliveries can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Please ensure that you have enough medication to allow time for you to place the order and us to ship it.  We suggest a week just in case shipments are delayed in the post.

We cannot guarantee the efficacy of international shipments.  Although we make every effort to ship chilled items in insulated containers, the onus is on the customer, when purchasing.
