The product is fine. It’s foul tasting but then Tramadol is. It’s an essential medicine for my dog who would be in pain otherwise.
No where in the information for this product will you be told you MUST SEND THE ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION in order to receive these tablets. Scans and photographs are not accepted. I found this out to my detriment and it delayed the delivery by almost a week.
Has Viovet now made this clear to future customers? No. It’s still lists the product with the same information telling buyers you can send a photo or scanned prescription for this item. This is critical information.

Hi there, When ordering controlled drugs like Tramadol, there is actually a pop-up at checkout that you need to click 'okay' to before ordering. Sorry if this was missed.

Is there a liquid equivalent
Unfortunately there is no liquid veterinary licensed version of the active ingredient, Tramadol. There may be liquid human preparations though, it is advised to discuss this further with your vet.
