A low foaming egg wash liquid for use in rotary egg washers and for manual washing.
Prepare dripping solution by adding 10ml of Chicktec Liquid Egg Wash to every 2 litres of water maintained at a temperature of 35 Degrees Centigrade. Mix Well.
For minimal egg sanitation, remove significant organic matter and place eggs in a plastic or wire basket and completely immerse eggs for 3-5 mins, disturbing them gently from time to time.
Remove any soiling by hand and rinse in a clean solution if necessary, then allow eggs to air dry.When using a machine, do not immerse eggs for more than five mins. Avoid excessive washing of eggs and prepare fresh washing solution after each cycle or when water becomes visibly soiled.
