I bought this product for Gracie (and Roger, but he hasn’t joined us yet) I thought this would be a good idea for gnawing on and using as a hiding hole. It’s definitely great for gnawing on and will last quite some while. But was disappointed to discover it’s not big enough for a rabbit to go into and hide.
It still has good use and is a pit stop on many zoomie’s and gnawing moments, but sense the frustration of not being able to get into it and hide

I have given these logs to my rabbits for a long time now. A few months ago, my Buck lost his life long partner; which was sad all round. Off to a rescue we went; and I'm pleased to say that they have bonded well.
As the new Doe is young and mischeivious, she gets her teeth into everything. I've dubbed her 'Princess Piranha' lol! However, they are gnawing their way through these at a rate of knots. So I will definately be purchasing these again. They are a 'must' for any rabbit owner :)

These are made of pinewood which can be poisonous to hamsters?
Pine wood in high enough quantities can be an issue for hamsters, however this Edible Play Log has Alfalfa, Vegetable Glycerine and Starch mixed within and the levels of pine are low enough not to cause any issues.
